If it takes you a little while to get going in the morning and you sometimes even feel a little weak until after lunch there may be a couple simple, natural things you’ve been neglecting after waking up that, if added to your routine, will make you more energetic and efficient throughout the day. I’m sure millions of people will make it their New Years Resolution to eat better and/or get in better shape in 2018. I’ve been trying to eat as healthy as possible for the past few months and I can tell you it’s not always easy.
