I’m sure millions of people will make it their New Years Resolution to eat better and/or get in better shape in 2018. I’ve been trying to eat as healthy as possible for the past few months and I can tell you it’s not always easy. I do feel better so it’s not hard to stay motivated but sometimes it can be tough to figure out and find what’s “good” to eat, especially during a hectic workday. Packing a lunch and some snacks is definitely the best way for a busy professional to eat healthy, but even that can be difficult to plan and pull off.
