Nap Your Way to a More Productive Day

There has been a lot of talk recently about the often-overlooked importance of rest on our health and productivity. Arianna Huffington’s book, The Sleep Revolution, is all about the topic, and a number of authors and scientists are also touting the value of short afternoon naps.

I’ve never been much of a nap guy, but I am going to give it a shot for the next few months and see if a short afternoon nap makes me any more energetic or alert when I’m up late.
